Reviews every push to a watched repo for likely bugs, and emails a report when it finds one.

Each push is reviewed in its own sandbox by a playbook of focused passes: the diff's contracts, failure exits, boundaries and tests. Then a separate double check tries to refute every finding. Only findings that survive are reported.
